Pier View is a stunning three-bedroom house with plenty of outside space for al-fresco dining or simply enjoying a glass of wine as the sun sets over the fort. The living/dining room on the ground floor has doors leading out onto the front garden facing the sea, and a fabulous seaside patio area at the side with teak table and chairs. There's a balcony overlooking the sea in the master bedroom, and further outside dining spaces in the south-facing sun-trap rear garden.
Spacious king-size bedroom on the first floor with phenomenal sea-views, and a balcony for an early-morning cup of tea in your dressing gown, or a place to simply soak up stillness, tranquility and fresh sea air. Views from this room should be enough for hours of entertainment, but if not, there's a second TV in this room. Wall-to-wall built-in clothes cupboards.
Very large and light space with dining facilities for eight, views of the Solent on two sides and very comfortable sofas and armchairs for at least eight people. Large flat-screen TV, music system and direct access to the front garden facing the sea.
Extremely light top floor king-size bedroom with the best sea-views. Solid oak wardrobe with full-length mirror, and a dressing table with mirror. Fabulous en-suite shower room with a walk-in shower, modern bathroom suite, a heated towel rail and great views over the woodlands behind the house.
Fully furnished modern kitchen on the ground floor (next to the dining area) with integrated dishwasher, washing machine and views over the enclosed rear garden. A great place to whip up a cooked breakfast or a pasta lunch to enjoy in the sunny back garden.
The third bedroom is a large twin room on the first floor (next to the family bathroom and master bedroom) with built-in cupboards and wardrobe, and views over the rear garden.
Very light bathroom with bath/shower combination and great Solent views.
One of the best features of this beautiful house is the number of outside spaces, sun traps, dining areas and spaces overlooking the sea. At the front of the house (sea-facing) there is a small lawn; at the side a really lovely dining area perfect for evening barbecues watching the day's sailing boats and fishermen returning to harbour. During the day the enclosed rear garden bursting with summer blooms, is the place to find sun. There is a raised wooden terrace area with seating and rope railing, a perfect spot to view the beautiful flowers and plants, and a rattan dining set in the main area of the garden
